Unfortunately, there isn’t much to say about the letter H in Italian. We don’t really use this letter at the beginning of words and the only one commonly used is:
Plus, in Italian we don’t even pronounce the H, so Hotel sounds like otel.
Little Miss Daydream went to kindergarten with her HAT after asking me several times: “mummy, why in Italian we don’t use the H?” and I had to explain her for the million time that we use it but not at the beginning of words.
